Star Info:
"I couldn't have done this when I was 19 or 20. I didn't know what I like, or what I didn't like. I was always self-confident, but I wasn't as sure of myself to get in front of a camera and have sex." Tattoos: None. Piercings: None. "Not even my ears." When did you start doing fetish films? "I started doing those in 1997, and I've done a good deal of those. I've done about 60." What sort of fetishes did you do? "I did the gamut, but because I was good at it, I got typecast into the heavy kind of stuff, corporal, bondage, the whipping and beating stuff, which I enjoy. I'm still doing fetish but I'd like to light stuff like golden shower films... I love exhibitionist stuff, like girls flashing outside or masturbating stuff." "I'm double-jointed in my knees, my hips, my elbows, finger and toes." What made you decide to cross over? "I always got off on the idea that I could be shopping or sleeping or running errands, and that somewhere in the world, someone would be jerking off to me. It's a thrill to know I could be bringing pleasure to people everywhere. So since I enjoy that, I wanted to move onto a more mainstream audience." What's the differences between fetish and hardcore, other than the obvious? "Fetish films usually have lower production values - usually the director is the cameraman, with a camcorder and a couples of cliplights... When you're doing the straight stuff, you have to tell the story more with your face... As I've been working on these bigger budget productions, there's scripts -- and I've never had to work from a script. It's not that I can't remember lines, but I'm so used to improvising that it's kind of hard for me to memorize lines and make them my own. With the better production values, they change the lighting as you go, so there's more stopping and starting... what I think really makes a film good is if the actors are really turned on and having a good, time, and that's hard to maintain that level excitement with the stopping and the starting." Do you prefer features? "I never really know what I like until I see what the finished product is. I've never been on a set I didn't have a good time. The final thing for me is how the product comes out. I don't want to pigeon-hole myself and say that I only want to do features, but it's important to me that there's a plot, or that if it's a gonzo or wall-to-wall that it's some kind of series that of interest to me." Who stands out in your mind and why? "I'd have to say Herschel Savage, because that was such a long time in the making. I remember when I first decided triple-X was during last year's Vegas convention. I asked Porsche [Lynn] whose good to work with, and she mentioned Herschel. Then we were at [Sharon Mitchell's] birthday bash, and he was there, she said, 'You two will work sell together because he has a thing for busty redheads,' and she introduced me, and there was definitely a vibe. [Ona Zee] was getting ready to do Red Hot Redheads... so she asked who I wanted to work with, and I said, of course, Hershel Savage. Courtesy Of AVN.
